The Social Club Membership Sign-Up Form

The Social Club is a private club. In order to attend any of our club events, you must have a membership. Just choose the membership type and the Membership Periods that you prefer. The membership fee is listed there for you next to the membership period. You can pay for your membership when you attend your first club event. All membership applications must be submitted 24 hours in advance before a scheduled event.

Once you submit this form you will have to check your E-Mail to confirm your The Social Club membership, you will then get a temporary membership number. You will receieve two more E-Mails, one will have your Temorary Membership ID number that you need to print and bring to your first club event. The second E-Mail is a Welcome to The Social Club. The temporary membership number will become your permanent membership number once you attend your first club event and pay your membership fee.

The Social Club does verify all information by checking your ID's. If you give us falsified information we reserve the right to revoke your membership on the spot. No membership = No entrance to the club.
